Large corporate clients, including public enterprises and the government sector, have such complex and demanding networks that in these criteria they compete with operator networks. Therefore, we offer them similar services and solutions as to the operators, but also create some specific systems, such as radio communication system of the closed/internal type. Small and medium businesses have somewhat different needs, mainly those are access to the internet and public telephone network and maintenance of their ICT system. Telephone exchange

The knowledge and experience of the TeleGroup in the field of corporate switching system is a guarantee of the safe and successful implementation of complex telephone networks, whether they are IP or traditional TDM telephone exchange. We apply innovative and integrated solutions which fulfil needs of large and small users, regardless of there being one or several PBX exchanges in the network. By applying open standards in commutation systems we enable integration with other parts of the infrastructure and applications including Microsoft server environment. To business clients we provide an interface from a local PBX to a mobile telephone network by using GSM-3G gateway, which reduces costs of telephone bills.

Network infrastructure

Communication infrastructure based on IP Switches, Routers, servers, security systems and other equipment for data transfer in corporate networks is a standard for a well organized business in a business environment. The structure based on IP protocol is becoming a universal medium for transfer of all types of data. TeleGroup provides such solutions, but if it is more profitable it retains existing technologies and upgrades them instead of complete replacing, which provides a gradual converging of the data transfer and telephony (multiplexers, terminal equipment, multi service and media gateways, modems, converters of various types, cables, passive equipment...).

Applications

Within the service of System integration we offer contact centers, unified messaging and specific software applications. We provide technologies which satisfy corporative needs, from systems for simple routing of calls, through a multimedia contact center to a firm integration with other applications of the company network, including the Microsoft server environment.

Within these fields we do:

- Consulting, which includes learning the user’s requirements, analysis of the needed capacities, analysis of existing technologies, design of technical solutions.

- Network designs, and we posses a Licence for engineering and construction of telecommunication systems of municipal, magisterial and international importance. We also provide services of design for wireline and wireless networks on both point – to - point and access level. The types of projects: project scopes and tasks, idea design, feasibility studies, general, main and implementation design, as – built design, technical control of the main project.

- Delivery of appropriate equipment and material for applying the technical solutions. TeleGroup Company is a certified partner of world’s well known telecommunication industry vendors, Aastra (ex Ericsson), Cisco Systems, Ericsson, ADC Krone, 3M, Motorola, Alvarion, Huawei, AudioCodes, RAD Data Communications, SAF, Ceragon, etc.

- Installation and commissioning, which implies building connection paths by fibre optic or copper cables, building access networks with wire line or wireless technologies, including installation and integration of systems for voice, data and video. The integration service includes processes from the project to the delivery and installation – putting into operation all the elements of the system necessary for building active and passive networks, PBX and IP PBX systems, contact centres and other equipment and software for integration of complete solutions. These services include building multiconverging networks and full integration, as well as the systems for security and as built design.

- Maintenance, which can be preventive or interventive, and covers all the systems from vendors which are part of TeleGroup Portfolio, are outstandingly delivered by the experienced team of the Technical support service. The TeleGroup Service centre is technically equipped with devices and tools which enable access to all installed systems for the purpose of recognising problems and direct intervention.
